These terms describe permitted use of DrawWisp, a drawing-game project operated by Pinsheng Yin as an individual, not a registered company.
Using the game
Play for personal enjoyment and friendly competition. No payment or account is required by this version. If you are a child, ask a parent or guardian before online play. A parent should help decide whether seeing another player’s drawings is appropriate.
Your drawings and responsibilities
You keep any rights you hold in your drawings. When you use an online room, you allow the service to store and show its compact sketch previews to the other player for that match. Do not include private information, illegal material, threats, hateful abuse or sexual content.
Fair and safe access
Do not automate disruptive traffic, bypass room or matchmaking limits, impersonate staff, tamper with another player’s session or deliberately exploit errors. Room codes are private invitations, not a guarantee of the identity of the person who receives them.
Casual scores, not guarantees
Recognition can be wrong, connectivity can fail and local progress can be lost if browser data is removed. Scores are for casual play, not a professional assessment or a prize competition. We may correct bugs or limit access needed to keep the service safe.
Open data and changes
Google Quick, Draw! Dataset material retains its CC BY 4.0 attribution. That does not make DrawWisp a Google product. Changes to these terms should be posted here with a new date; nothing here is intended to remove rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
