Privacy, terms, safety, report follow-up, deletion requests and general enquiries currently use privacy@drawwisp.com. Domain ownership has been confirmed, but this mailbox must still be activated and receipt-tested before the production launch.
What to include
Describe the request clearly. For a safety report, include its report reference or the minimum room or match reference needed to find it. For a privacy request, say which DrawWisp feature you used and what you want us to check or delete.
What not to send
Do not email passwords, room access tokens, identity documents or more personal information than the request requires. DrawWisp does not ask for a private phone number, residential address, date of birth or government identification to answer a normal enquiry.
Response limits
Email is not an emergency service and reports are not monitored in real time. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Anonymous play can limit what can be located or linked to a request.
